As the arrival of fall is just around the corner, the unmistakable aroma of pumpkin spice fills the air, igniting my craving for classic cookies with a delightful autumnal twist. While perusing the pages of Delish’s Fall 2023 magazine, I serendipitously stumbled upon their enticing recipe for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies. The moment I laid eyes on it, I knew I had to try them. Let me tell you, it was totally worth making. Both the flavor and texture were perfect. After this experience, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to have a chocolate chip cookie without pumpkin again.
