Traditional Brownies are one of my favorite desserts to have. How upon scrolling on Instagram I came across Ube Brownies from Takes Two Eggs. Which I knew was something that needed to be made as soon as possible. The Ube brownies have a perfect fudgy feeling in every bite with the right amount a sweetness in every bite. While the toasted coconut topping is optional it adds to the experience. While making this I also added mini semi sweet chocolate chips to enhance the taste even more.
