This beautiful drink combines the flavors of matcha , ube and espresso to make a wonderful drink combination. It is another recipe from Chi using her Ube syrup that I made recently.
Recipe:
- Matcha cold foam (1 oz milk, 1 oz heavy cream, 1 tsp matcha powder, 1 tsp sugar or to taste)
- Ube syrup
- 6 oz milk
- a shot of espresso
In a bowl, add all the matcha cold foam ingredients and use a frother to mix until fluffy and thick set aside. In a glass, add ice, syrup, milk and espresso. Top with matcha cold foam!
